Corporate Social Responsibility
At AM OKNA, sustainable and responsible development forms the basis for our daily business practice. We act responsibly on behalf of our employees, business partners, local community and the environment. Our social responsibility activities are focused on three basic areas.
Environmental activities
We work in accordance with the principle of sustainable development, employing technologies that minimize negative impact on the environment. As part of manufacturing process, we have implemented appropriate procedures and IT tools, whose task is to reduce the amount of post-production waste and minimize its occurrence. We promote environmental protection among employees and local community members.
Actions to the benefit of the local community
We are active in many markets, but we also remember about our local surroundings. That is why we actively participate in charity initiatives and organize showcase workshops for local schools. Sports and cultural activities are also supported by us.
Measures in favour of our staff
We provide our employees with safe and competitive working conditions. We take care of their development by offering trainings and qualification improvement programs (including MPS general-purpose program), as well as integration and equal opportunities programs for disabled people. We appreciate responsible attitudes and commitment to work. We support employees in developing their passions.
