With a clever combination of technical solutions, the Smart-Slide achieves very good results in air permeability, wind pressure resistance and water tightness tests. This is achieved by means of properly fitted gaskets which are pressed laterally against the frame along the entire circumference.

Specialized window fittings guarantee that the sash, after its unblocking, moves freely and without the slightest resistance on the bogies in relation to the unopened part of the structure. The use of SMART-SLIDE sliding doors is also a step towards optimum use of space inside the room, as opening the doors does not require the wings to be opened deeply into the living space. SMART-SLIDE doors can be made in two patterns A and C:
