The kitchen is the heart of the whole house. It is in this room that we spend most of our time - preparing meals, talking to family and even hosting friends. This is why it is so important to plan this interior well to feel comfortable in it. Both visual considerations and functional aspects are important here. A sliding window is one solution that is ideal for the kitchen. By opting for this type of opening, we gain, above all, convenience and functionality in the most important room of the house. The principle of opening a sliding window is to move the window sash, without opening the whole sash inwards. This solution gives us the opportunity to ventilate the kitchen without having to remove items standing on the counter or windowsill. It also saves space and gives us more freedom in planning the décor and furnishings, e.g. in the case of a window located by the sink, we do not have to purchase a a folding tap.

The special design of the sliding windows allows efficient ventilation of the rooms and removal of excess moisture without overcooling the interior, as it is sufficient to move the sash back a few millimetres.

If you have a large kitchen then fitting a large worktop under the corner window would work well.
