Modern construction branch focuses on using solutions that minimize heat loss in buildings. This requires a change in approach to ventilation systems. Slot ventilation is both an interesting alternative and a complement to the increasingly popular recuperation. What is it? Through application of special-purpose fittings, slot ventilation allows the window sash to be set aside by 6mm from the frame. This solution ensures constant supply of fresh air and protection of rooms from moisture and fungus. In this position, the window is securely locked even as part of RC2 standard; at the same time, energy losses are reduced to the minimum. No draughts, insects, rain or snow can enter the interior during slot ventilation. In addition, as part of AM Comfort+ windows we have applied ECLAZ glass - to improve energy balance by up to 20% in relation to traditional glazing, a warm Swisspacer frame and Veka82 profiles which feature excellent thermal transmittance parameters.
