Woodwork-firefighting measures

We are pleased to announce that we have introduced a new product to our offer, i.e. fire and smoke resistant class EI 60 woodwork based on FR90 aluminium profiles by Aliplast.

AMOKNA façades

Our FR90 windows meet strict criteria for resistance classes E15, E30, E45, E60; it means that they can withstand fire pressure for up to 15, 30, 45 and even 60 minutes and feature smoke resistance classes Sa and S200.

Fire protection profiles are FR90 Aliplast constructions with excellent thermal insulation parameters and Uf factors. Additionally, they are filled with dedicated insulation inserts, as well as special adhesives and fireproof glazing depending on the fire resistance class.

FR90 is a thermally insulated fire protection system; it features fire resistance class EI30 (E1), EI60 (E1)

  • casing depth is 90 mm
  • symmetrical profile construction, middle chamber filled with gypsum inserts (between thermal breaks): for EI30, all chambers filled with gypsum for EI60
  • system compatible with systems with 90 mm installation depth
  • possibility of using a two-chamber glazing unit (glazing: from 20 mm to 68 mm)
  • possibility of panel filling (60 mm thick panel): panels with mineral wool filling (Up=0.57 W/m2K), panels with gypsum filling
  • applications: interior and exterior fittings
  • maximum dimensions of tested structure: 6000 x 3000 mm (fixed wall, single-glass panel)
  • maximum dimensions of single-leaf doors: 1650 x 2870 mm
  • maximum dimensions of double-leaf doors: 3170 x 2870 mm
  • single or multi-point locks, electric keeps
  • overlay hinges, roller hinges
  • applicable threshold solutions, threshold-free
  • elevated plinth
  • possibility of using a ventilation grille
  • acoustics - acoustic tests for double-leaf doors with fire resistance EI30, EI60, internal and external build-in: from 39 to 47 decibels
