In order to lodge a complaint related to a glazing unit correctly, please attach three pictures to description of a flaw:

1. picture of a flaw against a ruler
2. picture of a frame including an order number
3. picture of the entire glass.

In case of formal deficiencies in the above mentioned items, complaints will not be considered.
